Police
are reportedly investigating the person who allegedly secretly recorded
the aftermath of the Kim Kardashian robbery, filming the traumatised
reality star moments after she was held at gunpoint.

A
three-and-a-half-minute video was published online this week, showing
the lavish apartment where the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star was
robbed of millions of pounds worth of jewellery.

The
footage showed someone walking around the apartment, capturing Kim on a
sofa talking to someone on FaceTime as well as the police during their
investigation.

Mother-of-two Kim, 35, appeared to be
unaware that she was on camera in the video, which could make the
footage illegal in France as you’re not allowed to film people in
private without their consent.

If the person is found, they could reportedly face up to a year behind bars as well as a £41,000 fine.

TMZ reports that Kim’s team are now working with the police to get to the bottom of who filmed the footage.

In
the shock video, apparently taken inside her Paris apartment, the star
appears to be sat at the end of a sofa with a blanket wrapped round her.

Police
can be seen scouring the premises as the camera pans round and reveals a
room full of people, with a TV on the wall and mirrors on the opposite
side.
