2016 MTV VIDEO MUSIC AWARD: Kanye West calls out ex Amber Rose before taking another swipe at Taylor Swift

Kanye West ‘s bombshells and heart-felt speeches have become a key part of any huge awards ceremony.

And he didn’t disappoint, as he managed to throw shade at both his ex Amber Rose AND rival Taylor Swift as he took to the stage at the MTV VMAs tonight.

The rapper gave a lengthy speech on stage, and was unusually smiley throughout, insisting he was sending nothing but positive vibes – well, almost.

After praising his close friend Beyonce – despite them being in competition tonight – Kanye called out his ex Amber Rose in the audience, before throwing shade at his rival Taylor, who chose not to attend.

“I might lose to Beyonce, but I can’t be mad, I’m always wishing for Beyonce to win,” he began, before addressing his latest controversial music video for Fame.

“It was an expression of our now, our fame right now, us on the inside of the TV.

“Just the audacity to put Anna Wintour next to Donald Trump, I mean I put Ray J in there bro, this is Fame bro.”
