The Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, on Monday warned President Muhammadu Buhari against his planned visit to the South East.

Barring any last minute change, Buhari is expected to visit Ebonyi through Enugu on November 14, 2017 and Anambra on November 15.

Reacting to the planned visit, IPOB warned that the said date will be “recorded in history as a very bloody day should that Jubril masquerading as Buhari attempt to land on Biafran soil.”

The pro-Biafra group also said Ohanaeze and South East governors should be responsible to bear the consequences of their attack on the president.

In a statement signed by its spokesperson, Emma Powerful, IPOB warned that “we will die with him should he set his foot on the sacred land of Biafra. HE WILL NOT GO BACK ALIVE.”
