Read THE RELEASE OR DEPLOYMENT OF FAITH (1&2)
By: Dr. Paul Enenche
SERVICE OBJECTIVE(S):
- Understanding how to release or deploy faith
- It is very important to develop faith but it is not enough to stop at the development of faith; the objective of development of faith is the deployment of faith
- Faith that is developed but not deployed will never deliver
- The matter of faith places the responsibility of action on the believer
- Faith always has something to do with actions/works (Jam. 2:17, 20)
- Faith is impotent without action (Jam. 2:17, 20)
- It is not just enough to develop faith, faith must be delivered!
- Answers in the head are useless in the exam until they are released; that is how the matter of faith is
- The challenge with most people is not that faith is not available but that faith is not deployed when the need arises
- Faith must be released for desired results to be realised
- Bullet in the gun in the face of danger is useless until it is released
- Nutrient in food is useless until it is released and absorbed; that is how the matter of faith is
- Faith is a living force that is designed to produce living proofs (Hab. 2:4; Acts 6:8)
- Action is the switch of both the life and force of faith
- Faith is not fully useful until it is released. So what do you do to release faith?
HOW DO YOU DEPLOY YOUR FAITH?
1. Word or faith-filled thought (Eph. 3:20; Rom. 12:1-2; Eph. 3:20; Acts 10:19; Isa. 65:24)
1a. Keeping your thought lined-up with the Word
1b. Revelational and revolutionary thinking rather than traditional or limiting thinking
i. God hears and answers not just words but thoughts (Eph. 3:20)
ii. The limit of thought or mentality determines the limit of result or possibility (Eph. 3:20)
How far you can think is how far you can experience
B1a. Making the Word of God to shape your thought (Rom. 12:1-2)
B1b. Possessing Word-based expectations and anticipations
i. The power that is at work in us is releasable by the power of thought (Eph. 3:20; Isa. 65:24)
The power that worketh in us is tied to the thoughts that occupy our mind (Eph. 3:20; Acts 10:19)
ii. Life generally turns out in the direction of thought (Pro. 23:7)
When the devil perceives your destiny, he confronts your history
Beware what you think; wrong or right, it will happen
Tough times don’t last but tough people do – Robert Schuller
Impossibility only exists in the thought of the frustrated, limited and resisted
