Bible Verse for Today 8th November 2022: Jeremiah 1:5

Bible Verse for Today 8th November 2022, Tuesday Bible Reading is Jeremiah 1:5.

VERSE OF THE DAY: Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations. Jeremiah 1:5 (KJV)

When the children of Israel came out of Egypt and they were on their way to the Promised Land, they came across a body of water that was bitter – the water of Marah. And the people cried unto God, and God told Moses, “There is a tree standing beside the water; pluck the leaves, put the leaves inside the water and it will be sweetened” (Exodus 15:25 Paraphrased). Moses did as God showed him and the water became sweet.

Beloved, until your eyes are opened, purpose is not found. Do you know that the tree did not appear suddenly because the people cried to God? The tree had been there for a long time. God knew the water would be bitter and He knew they would need a solution. So, He planted the solution beside the problem. He planted the answer beside the question.

So, beside most problems are nearby solutions. Behind most questions are their answers. If you look carefully, you will locate the solution/answer.

Now, people may have been passing by that tree and thought it was just a tree standing until the time for its assignment arrived. Maybe people are looking at you and think you are just one of the random persons existing, not knowing that there is a time for your manifestation.

Beloved, that tree was planted because Jehovah knew it would be needed someday. In the same manner, you were created because you will be needed by your family, community, nation and generation.

PRAYER FOR TODAY’S BIBLE VERSE: Lord, thank You for creating me to be a solution in my generation. I receive the grace to offer solutions to the challenges of my generation and bring glory to Your Name, Lord, in Jesus’ Name.
