TOPIC: Seek God First
𝔽𝕀ℝ𝔼 𝕊ℂℝ𝕀ℙ𝕋𝕌ℝ𝔼: Matthew 6:21-33
𝕄𝔼𝕄𝕆ℝ𝕐 𝕍𝔼ℝ𝕊𝔼:
Matthew 6:33 – “But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.”
𝕄𝕆𝕋𝕀𝕍𝔸𝕋𝕀𝕆ℕ𝔸𝕃 ℚ𝕌𝕆𝕋𝔼𝕊:
The priority in the life of any human being is putting God first at all times and in everything.
ℙℝ𝔸𝕀𝕊𝔼 & 𝕎𝕆ℝ𝕊ℍ𝕀ℙ
ℙℝ𝕆ℙℍ𝔼𝕋𝕀ℂ 𝕎𝕆ℝ𝔻 𝔽𝕆ℝ 𝕋𝕆𝔻𝔸𝕐:
𝗥𝗘𝗖𝗘𝗜𝗩𝗘 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗣𝗢𝗪𝗘𝗥 𝗧𝗢 𝗦𝗘𝗘𝗞 𝗚𝗢𝗗 𝗙𝗜𝗥𝗦𝗧 𝗜𝗡 𝗔𝗟𝗟 𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗦 𝗔𝗟𝗟 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗗𝗔𝗬𝗦 𝗢𝗙 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗟𝗜𝗙𝗘, 𝗜𝗡 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗡𝗔𝗠𝗘 𝗢𝗙 𝗝𝗘𝗦𝗨𝗦.
𝕋𝕙𝕖 𝕄𝔼𝕊𝕊𝔸𝔾𝔼:
Your divine priority, as a child of God and someone that wants to spend eternity in God’s presence, should be to seek God first and His kingdom. In the School of Success, any man or woman who desires to live a successful life here on earth and make heaven at last must do everything to achieve this.
In Ecclesiastes 12:1 and Proverbs 1:8-9, the Bible advises that it is best to seek God in one’s youthful days before the days of evil and to follow helpful divine instructions To further buttress this, the book of Proverbs started by giving helpful instructions. Do you want to succeed in life?
Do you want to be a winner in the battlefield of life? You must start by seeking God and finding Him. Living without Jesus will not only bring chaos, but also means living like a blind and a fool who is limited in understanding and cannot see beyond himself or herself. This is a tragedy, beloved!
Jesus Christ, the Son of the Living God, is the Only One that can show you the way and give you power to become what His Father has created you to become. Without the Way, you cannot know the way of life and succeed in life. Our human knowledge and ability are limited, but God, who is the embodiment of wisdom, has the key to unlock the storeroom of divine knowledge and understanding. Hence, when you seek Him, you shall find Him and He shall lead you (Psalm 32:8).
Considering the above, therefore, you need to seek God and find Jesus; seek more knowledge about God’s kingdom, and the other things of life shall be added to you. Read the word of God to discover more of God. Endeavour to live according to divine principles, pray that the Holy Spirit will reveal more of the Father and the Son to you. With this revelation and a deep relationship with the Trinity you are sure to be successful on earth and to make heaven at the end of your earthly journey, in Jesus’ name.
ℙℝ𝔸𝕐𝔼ℝ ℙ𝕆𝕀ℕ𝕋𝕊:
𝐌𝐎𝐑𝐍𝐈𝐍𝐆
1. Anything contending with God in my life, come out and die, in the name of Jesus.
2. Agenda of wasters in my life, be wasted, in the name of Jesus.
3. Holy Spirit, teach me and help me to put God first in all that I do, in the name of Jesus.
𝐄𝐕𝐄𝐍𝐈𝐍𝐆
4. I refuse to walk in darkness; I receive the Light of God in me, in the name of Jesus.
5. By the wisdom of God, I am delivered from the lies of the devil and his cohorts, in the name of Jesus.
6. Through life’s journey, O God lead and guide me by Your Spirit and power, in the name of Jesus.
7. Power to seek God first and His kingdom, come upon me now, in the name of Jesus.
