TOPIC: From Nobody to Somebody (2)

SCRIPTURE: John 18-19

TEXT: When Jesus saw their faith, he said unto the sick of the palsy, Son, thy sins be forgiven thee. – Mark 2 :5.

MESSAGE: In life, you may begin as a nobody, but you are not permitted to remain so. You are a child of destiny who is ordained to exercise dominion on the earth. So to move up from being a nobody to becoming somebody, you must interrupt God with your faith.

Faith does not see what you are going through but sees where you are going to. It does not see the sickness or disease, it sees the healing. It does not see circumstance but sees what God’s word says. Faith is your destiny, not your physical structure. When God does not see faith in a man, He does not see the man.

But when He sees faith, you catch His attention and get your desire granted. Hebrew 11 verse 6 says, “But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.” No wonder, as soon as Jesus saw their faith, he declared the solution unto the sick of the palsy.

Whatever therefore boost your faith should be a priority to you. You must give attention to God’s Word “So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God” (Rom. 10 :17).

There was also a scenario in Matthew 9 :20 -22; of the woman with the issue of blood. After she took the step of faith and touched the hem of his garment, Jesus turned and when He saw her, he said, “Daughter, be of good comfort, thy faith hath made thee whole.
It is all about faith”.

PRAYER.
My Father! My Father! As I begin to pray, increase my faith, in Jesus name..
