This is believed to have happened at Oroazi, Port Harcourt, Rivers State. An armed robber who wore mask was said to have hide inside a deep gutter to evade arrest, but this police security officer, pictured first, entered the gutter and shot him dead. Some have called the shooting callous, saying since he had no gun, he shouldn’t have been shot but arrested, while some hailed the officer as a hero.
