Dunamis SOD TOPIC: See It And Become It
SCRIPTURE: For all the land which thou seest, to thee will I give it, and to thy seed for ever. Genesis 13:15
THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: If God will give it, man must see it.
SOD DEVOTIONAL FOR TODAY – 14 OCTOBER 2023 MESSAGE:
In July 2007, we held an all-night service at the National Stadium, Abuja, Nigeria. In the same year, we held two more such programmes, one in August, and another in September.
At the September vigil, it drizzled a bit. Then the government at that time said they would not give out the Stadium to any church for use again. Remember, it was not free; we paid about ten million Naira for the use of the Stadium – about five million Naira for the rental and five million Naira as Caution Deposit.
That experience pushed me into a vision. So, I told the church, you know what? Since they said we should not use the Stadium again, we are going to build for God a Stadium where the rains will not beat us, and we can use it at any time we want without restrictions. That was the vision.
Then I called the architects of the Church, and told them to design a structure that is bigger than two stadia with a roof, but without pillars in the middle. I gave them the pictorial description of what I wanted. In a short time, they brought about six designs, and I pointed at one, and said, “This is the design.” And that is where we are today – The Glory Dome. It was once a vision, but now, it is a reality.
Beloved, note these:
Divine function happens at the frequency of human vision.
What man sees determines what God gives (Genesis 13:15). If God will give it, man must see it.
The vision of today is the reality of tomorrow, and the reality of today is based on the vision of yesterday.
To begin with vision is to end with reality.
What do you see today? It determines where you will be tomorrow.
REMEMBER THIS: If God will give it, man must see it.

- Write down your visions.
- Review the visions and take steps to bring your vision to reality.
- Pray against vision killers.
PRAYER: Lord, help me to align my visions with Your Will Lord. Breathe on the visions and cause them to become realities, Lord, in Jesus’ Name.
