Bradley was brutally stabbed to death in a busy park as families with children played nearby.
Bradley Dos Reis Pais Quaresma has been identified by police as a third arrest was made over his killing.
The 20-year-old was killed in broad daylight in the West Ham Lane Recreation Ground in Stratford, east London, on Thursday afternoon, Scotland Yard said on Saturday
The family of the Portuguese national, who lived in the east of the capital, paid tribute in a statement released through detectives.
They said: “Bradley was a very friendly person. He was always keen to help others and the happiest person we have ever met. A smart guy with a big heart.”
