TOPIC: THE RESPONSIBILITY FOR GREATNESS
SCRIPTURE: I will arise and go to my father, and will say unto him, Father, I have sinned against heaven, and before thee. – Luke 15:18.
THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: To every form of ability, there is a responsibility.
In life, many people claim the promises of God’s word without making conscious effort to take the responsibility that comes with fulfilling God’s purpose. It is not enough to claim prophesies or promises; it is rewarding to have them fulfilled. It is taking responsibility that facilitates the fulfilment of those prophecies or promises.
It has been established that to every form of ability, there is a responsibility.
Beloved, ask yourself the questions below; they will put you on the path of taking responsibility for the fulfilment of your vision or that of your organization.
1. In what way would my assignment contribute to the fulfilment of my vision and that of my organization?
2. Am I working just to make a living or to make a difference?
3. What responsibility can I take or accept in order to see the fulfilment of my vision?
Beloved, ponder on these questions and identify relevant action steps. The secret of fulfilling your vision is taking responsibility. Therefore, take responsibility today in order to be outstanding in life.
Remember this: To every form of ability, there is a responsibility.

2. Draw action steps from the questions.
3. Take practical actions in order to fulfil your vision.
PRAYER:
O LORD, help me not to be irrelevant in life by refusing to take responsibility. Give me the grace, Lord to embrace responsibility for greatness in life today, in Jesus’ Name.
