Barcelona have secured the signing of highly-rated Swedish winger Roony Bardghji, beating off competition from FC Porto after Copenhagen accepted a €2.5 million bid for the teenage sensation.
The 19-year-old, who famously scored the winner against Manchester United in last season’s Champions League group stages, is set to leave Denmark for Spain after turning down contract renewal talks with Copenhagen.

Born in Kuwait, Bardghji is widely seen as one of Europe’s most exciting young attacking talents. His arrival at Camp Nou aligns with Barcelona’s renewed focus on securing promising youth, despite the club’s ongoing financial limitations. After already snapping up Joan Garcia and actively pursuing Nico Williams, Barça’s investment in Bardghji underlines their commitment to building for the future.
