In Gangaa 21 February 2020 Update, Gangaa comes outside the room worried she will have to spend the night here. She sits beside a wall and fell asleep.Shiv smiles watching her and was relieved at least she has slept. Gangaa wakes up screaming, afraid of the lizard. She pushes a canister of water, then fells over herself. She wonders how she would sleep now.

Gangaa 21 February 2020 Update : She enters Shiv’s room who laughs over her. She takes his shirt and goes to washroom. Shiv was in the room when Gangaa comes out of bath in his shirt. Both look at each other for a while silently. He teases her to return his clothes, he promised to stay silent until Gangaa herself accepts herself as his wife.
Gangaa says she would never act according to him, she has a self respect. He is a man who considers himself greater than men. Shiv asks Gangaa if she took his permission before coming to the room and wearing his shirt. Who is he, and who gave her this right; did she ever consider him as a husband. Mami had come to the room, she calls Gangaa shameless who is inside a stranger’s house so late. Other family members also came there and accused Gangaa.
Gangaa tells them to ask Shiv. Gangaa cries and asks Shiv to speak something, Shiv silently thinks he can no more bear Gangaa’s disrespect. He wish Gangaa calls herself as his wife at least now. Mami asks Gangaa what right she has to come to Shiv’s room. Gangaa says she came here as Shiv’s wife, he is her husband. Shiv turns to Gangaa in shock. Mami’s family still calls Gangaa as liar. Shiv turns to slap him and says she is right, she is Gangaa, his wife. The family apologizes Shiv, the wife of MathaDesh has a status but she was so simple.
Shiv says Gangaa likes to stay simple, he thinks everyone must have a right to live the life they want. He says they conditioned even if they don’t tell, the family would recognize her as his wife but Shiv has won his challenge now. Mami’s family apologize Gangaa. Mami says its Shiv’s mistake, he must have introduced his wife earlier.
The next morning, Mami says she wants to gift Gangaa now with something. She tells them about a ritual in their village where wife and husband receive a gift hand in hand. She make Gangaa and Shiv sit together, hand in hand. Gangaa stares at her as Shiv holds her hand tightly.
In the room, Gangaa was packing the gifts. Shiv comes there and says she must have understood she got these gifts only for being his wife, without him she has no place. Gangaa says if he always wants to try to make her recognize his important, he must understand she was gifted for being the wife of MathaDesh. She asks Shiv why he didn’t introduce herself as his wife last night.
Shiv brings her to mirror and says he had given this lady everything, including love, respect and right; but she wanted to waste herself crying. Gangaa boasts she has self-respect for herself that she would never lose, she is sorry he won’t understand this.
At home, everyone was excited to make arrangements of Savitri’s birthday. Riya had burnt three cakes already. Savitri says they can buy a cake from outside, but Radhika insists to prepare them at home. Shiv and Pratab return. Gangaa take Savitri’s blessings with Shiv. Shiv tells Savitri to bless her again for better luck. A courier man comes with parcel for Savitri. Riya gets Aashi’s call, Aashi says she sent something special for Savitri.
Jhumki opens the heavy box. Gangaa says it’s a vacuum cleaner that Aashi sent. Riya says Jhumki won’t understand as it’s a modern cleaner, she must let Gangaa do it. Gangaa sets the machine. She tells Dai Maa to carry the machine inside. Pratab and Jhumki go inside. Riya takes Radhika inside to make the cake, Radhika says Riya has already ruined three cakes. Radhika comes to Gangaa and insists on her to prepare a cake here. Gangaa says they must prepare the cake in balcony. Shiv brings the ingredients and asks to make chocolate cake with nuts. Gangaa says she would do what she wants to, Shiv was excited to eat the cake. Radhika says Shiv gave her an idea to prepare the cake. Shiv also tells Gangaa to take care of a bag of silver coins that would be distributed among villagers and leaves. Radhika confirms if Gangaa would really not prepare the cake. Gangaa says she will.
In the balcony, Gangaa was busy in preparing the cake and forwards her hand for Radhika to taste if it’s sweet? Shiv comes to taste it instead, to Gangaa’s shock.
Gangaa was enraged over Shiv as he suggest her to put some more sugar into it. Gangaa insists she won’t put any more sugar into it. Radhika comes there wondering if they are again fighting. Gangaa assures the cake would be perfect. Gangaa tells Shiv she would reply to him about it soon and sits for work again. Shiv takes the challenge.
Gangaa spots Dai Maa giving some clothes to an old man. Gangaa asks who is she, Dai Maa says he is a servant of Jhaa family and needs some money. Gangaa calls him inside and lends him some money. There was a shadow on the wall of two women.
During the party, Radhika cheerfully bring the cake prepared by Gangaa. Shiv looks towards Gangaa happily and takes them to weigh the alms against Savitri’s weight. A lady says they need to weigh everything husband and wife together. Savitri sends Gangaa to bring the silver coin box from the room. Gangaa brings the coin bag, Shiv notices there were fake coins in it, Shiv questions Gangaa what this is. Gangaa was clueless.
Shiv says Gangaa can’t disrespect his mother to revenge him. Jhumki says Gangaa gave the silver coins to an old man, she spot her by herself. Jhumki reminds Savitri about it. Savitri says she didn’t know Gangaa was giving away silver coins. Gangaa says she didn’t give away silver coins, the old man needed money and she only gave him some money and jewelry.
Gangaa asks Shiv to trust her, why would she give away the silver coins. Shiv stops the ladies who had turned to leave. Shiv says its Gangaa’s punishment to bring back the silver coins within two days, else he would punish her being a MathaDesh. Tears fell off Gangaa’s eyes. Jhumki smirks and leave the hall. Riya notices her.
In the room, Jhumki was struggling with vacuum cleaner. She remembers she came to the room and tried to play the vacuum cleaner over everything. She also recalls how vacuum machine had sucked all the silver coins from the bag. She was now worried what if Gangaa opens the machine. Riya stood behind her in the room. Both watch the coins come out of the machine. Riya scolds Jhumki for her act and comes to collect the silver coins.
Jhumki goes behind Riya who brings the coin into the hall. Riya says Gangaa is right, they must ask Jhumki about the silver coins. Jhumki explains Savitri about vacuum cleaner incident. Savitri slaps Jhumki and asks why she didn’t tell her earlier. Shiv stops Savitri from holding a hand over Jhumki again. He accepts his mistake for mistrusting Gangaa, he tells Pratab to make an appointment of the new MathaDesh soon, he no longer holds the ability to make right decisions. Both Shiv and Gangaa leave.
In the room, Gangaa was crying. Riya comes to her and says she doesn’t need hide her tears. She taunts that she has brought change to Shiv. Today she is hurt only because Shiv didn’t trust her. Gangaa says she didn’t need anyone’s trust earlier nor now. Riya tells Gangaa Shiv burnt the hands that hurt her, why doesn’t Gangaa want to see this. She insists on Gangaa to share what’s in her mind. Shiv has always been her side, because he respects and value her, she asks if Gangaa has no feelings for him.
Gangaa denies. Riya calls her a liar. Gangaa was irritated. Riya says she must think atleast once why Shiv didn’t cross the limits of his relation till today, she must think what she would call what Shiv holds for Gangaa. Gangaa replies this relation has no name, she doesn’t want this relation to give a name. Shiv only holds her as stubbornness, if it was love whatever happened in past few days wouldn’t have happened. Riya tries to inside Shiv loves her but turns to see Shiv standing at the door. She asks Gangaa to think calmly about it and leave.
Gangaa 21 February 2020 Update ends when Shiv apologizes Gangaa. Gangaa says there must be some motif of his apology, else he never say a sorry. Shiv accepts he has a motivation, to bring her back to normal and happy life. Gangaa says she can think about her life well by herself and leave. Shiv wonders when would Gangaa understand him.
