Joel Osteen Devotional 27 July 2021 Message for Tuesday

Topic: Mustard Seed Faith

Today’s Scripture
Matthew 17:20, NKJV – If you have faith as a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, “Move from here to there,” and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you.

Joel Osteen Devotional 27 July 2021 Message

The Scripture says when we have faith the size of a mustard seed, nothing is impossible. A mustard seed is one of the smallest seeds. God could have said, “If you have great faith, if you never doubt, I’ll do something big.” But God doesn’t expect us to have great faith all the time. It’s nice when we do, but He knows there will be times when we think it’s impossible. He knows there will be times when we don’t have the faith we need to reach our destinies, so He says, “If you have just a little bit of faith, that’s all you need. Then I’ll show up and exceed your expectations.”

The fact that you’re reading this tells me you at least have mustard seed faith. That means you have the faith you need for God to show out in your life. You have the faith for God to catapult you to new levels. Get ready. God is about to show up and do something abundantly above what you’re thinking.

Prayer for Today
Father, thank You that You are the exceed-my-expectations God. Thank You that You don’t expect me to have a great faith that never doubts. I believe that You see my mustard seed faith, and You will do something abundantly above all I’m thinking. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
