TOPIC: Only His Wrist Watch Was Damaged! Be Covered!
Scriptures: Psalm 91
Our Daily Manna 21st February 2021 ODM Devotional Message
There is the story of a soldier who was at a warfront and had been confessing today’s psalm day and night. He kept declaring Verse 2 of today’s scripture: “I WILL SAY OF THE LORD, ‘HE IS MY REFUGE AND MY FORTRESS: MY GOD, IN HIM WILL I TRUST.” This is the foundation of the tonic for divine protection! This is something you should say EVERYDAY. Train your children to confess this Psalm EVERYDAY. It will build an IMMUNITY VACCINE (impenetrable shield) of protection around you and your family in times of danger.
On a particular day when the firefight was very hot, a fellow soldier on this man’s team was driving the truck and he hit him; the truck rode over his arm and it crushed his wrist watch. The only thing that got damaged was his wrist watch! No one could explain it! HE WAS COVERED! The LORD has used this Psalm a lot to speak to you in this edition. THE WORD, LIKE MEDICINE, IS NEVER TOO MUCH even when repeated! Listen: You cannot wait for danger to come before you start declaring it.
DANGER WILL NOT INFORM YOU THAT IT IS COMING IN YOUR DIRECTION. JUST PREPARE! Oh, hear the story of a man of God by the name John G. Lake. He immersed himself in Psalm 91 everyday. Hear his words, “for many years, God kept me so that sickness and death could not touch me – from the day that I saw in the ninety-first psalm a man’s privilege of entering into God, not only for healing, but health and having God and the life of God in every fibre of his being.” He took fraught (foam from a sick person that is convulsing) from the BUBONIC PLAGUE (a deadly plague that killed thousands of people in South Africa in the 1900s) in his hand and placed it under a microscope.
People watched in amazement as the germs died instantly. HE WAS COMPLETELY COVERED! This is your year! In this pandemic worldwide and fear of a 2nd or 3rd wave still in many countries, confess God’s divine protection VACCINE (the Word) over yourself everyday, and you will be free from every EVIL! Amen!

Our Daily Bread Devotional 27th February 2021 – No Longer Yourself
Our Daily Bread Devotional 27th February 2021 Saturday Message By Our Daily Bread Ministries, Written By Glenn Packiam
Topic: No Longer Yourself
Today’s Scripture: Galatians 2:14–21
Key Verse: I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me. – Galatians 2:20
INSIGHT: The book of Galatians is significant for understanding the content of the gospel and showing us how to live in accordance with it. The word gospel is mentioned more times (twelve) in Galatians than in any other New Testament book except Romans (thirteen times). Paul’s defense of the gospel of God’s grace in and through Jesus—apart from conformity to the law, including circumcision—is the highlight of the letter. The great apostle’s godly zeal was such that his defense included challenging Cephas (Peter), one of the pillars of the early church (2:11). Paul’s boast was in Christ’s work alone (6:14).
Our Daily Bread Devotional 27th February 2021 Saturday Message:
In the summer of 1859, Monsieur Charles Blondin became the first person to cross Niagara Falls on a tightrope—something he would go on to do hundreds of times. Once he did it with his manager Harry Colcord on his back. Blondin gave Colcord these instructions: “Look up, Harry . . . you are no longer Colcord, you are Blondin. . . . If I sway, sway with me. Do not attempt to do any balancing yourself. If you do, we will both go to our death.”
Paul, in essence, said to the Galatian believers: You can’t walk the line of living a life that is pleasing to God apart from faith in Christ. But here’s the good news—you don’t have to! No amount of attempting to earn our way to God will ever cut it. So are we passive in our salvation? No! Our invitation is to cling to Christ. Clinging to Jesus means putting to death an old, independent way of living; it’s as if we ourselves have died. Yet, we go on living. But “the life [we] now live in the body, [we] live by faith in the Son of God, who loved [us] and gave himself for [us]” (Galatians 2:20).
Where are we trying to walk the tightrope today? God hasn’t called us to walk out on the rope to Him; He’s called us to cling to Him and walk this life with Him.
Reflect & Pray
How can you stop trying to please God on your own? Where do you need to cling to Jesus today, trusting His righteousness?
Dear Jesus, thank You for doing for me what I could never do for myself. I turn away from trying to please You on my own. I’m so glad I don’t need to earn Your love.

“Woe unto him that giveth his neighbour drink, that puttest thy bottle to him, and makest him drunken also, that thou mayest look on their nakedness!” – (Habakkuk 2:15)
READ: Genesis 19:31-38 (KJV)
31. And the firstborn said unto the younger, Our father is old, and there is not a man in the earth to come in unto us after the manner of all the earth;
32. Come, let us make our father drink wine, and we will lie with him, that we may preserve seed of our father.
33. And they made their father drink wine that night; and the firstborn went in, and lay with her father; and he perceived not when she lay down, nor when she arose.
34. And it came to pass on the morrow, that the firstborn said unto the younger, Behold, I lay yesternight with my father; let us make him drink wine this night also; and go thou in, and lie with him, that we may preserve seed of our father.
35. And they made their father drink wine that night also; and the younger arose, and lay with him; and he perceived not when she lay down, nor when she arose.
36. Thus were both the daughters of Lot with child by their father.
37. And the firstborn bare a son, and called his name Moab; the same is the father of the Moabites unto this day.
38. And the younger, she also bare a son, and called his name Benammi; the same is the father of the children of Ammon unto this day.

Woe unto him that giveth his neighbour drink, that puttest thy bottle to him, and makest him drunken also, that thou mayest look on their nakedness! – (Habakkuk 2:15)
Not only is it sinful to drink alcohol, it is also sinful to offer it to others. I used to think it was all right to give alcohol to other people to drink as long as I was not drinking it until my Father-in-the-Lord preached that it was wrong and he backed it up with the Bible passage above.
The day I heard that message, I got rid of all the alcoholic drinks I kept at home for entertaining visitors because I didn’t want a curse on my head. In those days, I had friends who were sailors, and whenever they travelled, they brought me all kinds of alcoholic drinks. Some of my other friends knew this and always visited whenever they wanted a drink. Whenever they arrived, they would say “We can’t pass the house of the king without saying hello to him”. Little did I know that I was the ‘King’ of alcohol. I thank God that I am now well known for soul winning and holiness.
Habakkuk 2:15 says if a person knows the dangers of alcohol and avoids it, but still gives it to others, then woe unto that person. As such, when you are organising a party and some people are suggesting that you serve alcohol even though you don’t drink, tell them that you don’t want any curse on yourself.
If you truly love your neighbours and relatives, you would be persuading them to stop taking alcohol, not offering it to them. The Bible says:
Give strong drink unto him that is ready to perish, and wine unto those that be of heavy hearts. – (Proverbs 31:6)
Are your relatives and friends ready to perish? Do you want to be a tool in the hand of the devil to make anyone perish? If your answer is ‘no’ then you shouldn’t offer anyone alcohol.
When Lot’s daughters offered their father alcohol, they thought they were doing him good, but their ill-conceived decision later on created enemies for Israel (Genesis 19:37-38).
Offering alcohol to people will bring a curse upon you and ultimately lead to their destruction.
BIBLE IN ONE YEAR:
HYMN 16 – O LORD, OUR HELP IN AGES PAST
1. O Lord, our help in ages past,
Our hope for years to come,
Our shelter from the stormy blast,
And our eternal home.
2. Under the shadow of Your throne
Your saints have dwelt secure;
Sufficient is Your arm alone,
And our defence is sure.
3. Before the hills in order stood,
Or earth received her frame,
From everlasting You are God,
To endless years the same.
4. A thousand ages in Your sight
Are like an evening gone;
Short as the watch that ends the night
Before the rising sun.
5. The busy tribes of flesh and blood,
With all their lives and cares,
Are carried downward by your flood,
And lost in foll’wing years.
6. Time, like an ever-rolling stream,
Bears all its sons away;
They fly forgotten, as a dream
Dies at the opening day.
7. O God, our help in ages past,
Our hope for years to come:
Be Thou our guard while troubles last,
And our eternal home.

MFM Devotional 27th February 2021 – Confidence in Prayer (1)
MFM Devotional 27th February 2021 (Mountain Top Life Daily Devotional Guide By Dr D.K Olukoya
TOPIC: Confidence in Prayer (1)
1 Kings 8:22-26
Hebrews 4:16 – “Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.”
MFM Devotional 27th February 2021 Devotional Outline
The prayers of God’s servants in the Old and New Testaments contain a common characteristic – spiritual boldness. The boldness stemmed from their knowledge that God was under an obligation to fulfil His promises. In our Fire Scripture today (1 Kings 6:22-26), Solomon reminded God of His promises with the confidence that God would keep them. God did! Elijah was another prayer giant that exhibited boldness in prayer in the Bible.
He challenged the prophets of Baal to a contest on the mount of Carmel, told them to pray to Baal and he would pray to the God of Israel. He added that the God that anwsereth by fire, let him be God (1 Kings 18:19-24). That was real spiritual boldness. So Elijah alone confronted 450 prophets of Baal and 400 prophets of the groves that ate at Jezebel’s table (850 in all) and defeated them.
Jesus demonstrated confidence in prayer throughout His earthly ministry, leaving us a good example in this regard. In John 11:41-44, He prayed, “… Father, I thank thee that thou hast heard me. And I knew that thou hearest me always: but because of the people which stand by I said it, that they may believe that thou hast sent me.” After this, Jesus called Lazarus’ name and he rose to life.
Apostle Paul enjoined us in (Hebrews 4:16 to come boldy or confidently to the throne of grace that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need. Also, the Bible adds that this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us: And if we know that he hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired him (1 John 5:14-15).
Beloved, Solomon, Elijah and Jesus showed unwavering faith and great confidence in God and their prayer lives produced phenomenal results. When you pray, always remember that with God all things are possible. Also remember that “anyone who comes to Him (God) must believe that He exists and that He rewards those who earnestly seek Him.”
I encourage you to follow this principle. Let your prayer go to God with confidence or boldness and it could add a whole new dimension to your prayer life.
Prayer is about certainty. There should be boldness in our hearts when we pray. Heaven is listening!
Receive deliverance from the power of sin and anything that robs you of confidence in prayer, in the name of Jesus.
Hymn – Sweet hour of prayer
1. Sweet hour of prayer, sweet hour of prayer,
That calls me from a world of care,
And bids me at my Father’s throne
Make all my wants and wishes known:
In seasons of distress and grief,
My soul has often found relief,
And oft escaped the temter’s snare
By thy return, sweet hour of prayer.
2. Sweet hour of prayer, sweet hour of prayer,
Thy wings shall my petition bear
To Him whose truth and faithfulness
Engage the waiting soul to bless:
And since He bids me seek His face,
Believe His Word, and trust His grace, I’ll cast on Him my ev’ry care,
And wait for thee, sweet hour of prayer
