The Delta South Senatorial election’s victory has been decided as Ned Nwoko lost today at the Supreme Court in Abuja .
The case between Ned Nwoko and Peter Nwaboshi and the court has declared Nwaboshi the real winner of the election.
The Court of Appeal declared Peter Nwaboshi winner as against the initial federal High court ruling that declared Hon. Ned Nwoko as the rightly elected choice of the people.
Supreme Court in Abuja this morning finally announced Senator Peter Nwaboshi the winner of the Delta State Senatorial elections after a long battle for the slot.
