TOPIC: An overnight fulfilment of God’s Word!
OPENING PRAYER: Grant me depth of insight, revelation and knowledge as I meditate on this passage, O Lord.

SU DAILY GUIDE 17 JUNE 2023 MESSAGE:
Our God works in mysterious ways, His wonders to perform! When Elisha gave the prophecy of an abundant supply by the next day, it looked impossible. If we were there, many of us might have doubted too, just like the King’s officer (7:2). Notice how God brought about the fulfilment of Elisha’s prophecy (vs.5-7). What can we learn from it?
This miracle teaches us that nothing is impossible with God (Luke 1:37). God can turn our situations around in minutes, no matter how long it has lasted. We may not know how God will do it but if we believe His word and trust Him, we shall see the fulfilment of His promises (2 Chronicles 20:20; Luke 1:45).
The people had abundant supply (vs.14-16) The only person who did not eat of it was the man who doubted and despised God’s word (vs.17,19,20). What do we learn from what happened to him?
What can we learn from the actions of the lepers in vs.3-5 and vs.8-10? We must also not allow fear to keep us from taking whatever step God puts in our hearts. It is not right for us to keep the Good News of Jesus Christ to ourselves.
PRACTICE/WORD APPLICATION
And so? Make deliberate effort to share the Good News of Christ with someone this weekend.

CLOSING PRAYER
Lord, I know you can do all things. Help me never to doubt your promises for my life.
PRAYER FOR THE WEEK
► Pray for brethren who are sick and need God’s intervention that God will heal them.
► Pray for miracle in the lives of God’s children as they wait upon God their father.
► Pray against all forms of doubts and discouragements.

GOD’S PROVISION FOR OUR YOUTHS

THANK GOD FOR:
► The plan of God for the welfare of our youths in SU.
► Knowing all that concern them and has been faithfully providing for them.
PRAY FOR:
► The grace to continue to seek the Lord and totally depend on Him.
► Provision for their needs.
► The power of God upon their lives as they continue to live for Him.
PRAY AGAINST:
► Comparing themselves with the youths of this generation who have decided to progress without Christ.
► Seeking other things first instead of seeking the Kingdom of God and His righteousness.
