TOPIC: Accessing Divine Miracles By Faith
SCRIPTURE: Jesus saith unto her, Said I not unto thee, that, if thou wouldest believe, thou shouldest see the glory of God? John 11:40
THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: Faith without action or responsibility is a dead faith.
Seeds of Destiny 10th June 2023 SOD Devotional MESSAGE:
In our study yesterday, we saw that obedience to Divine instruction is a secret to experiencing God’s Glory and Miracles. This means, when you discover God’s specific instruction for your life and you obey it, you will see the Glory of God.
Now, another key to experiencing God’s Glory is rugged faith in God and His Word.
John 11:40 says,
…if thou wouldest believe, thou shouldest see the glory of God?
Please note that raw, rugged, pure unadulterated faith in God is key to seeing and experiencing the Glory of God. If you will believe, you shall see the Glory of God.
Believing is what you should do. God cannot believe for you. It is your choice to believe. And once you have made that choice, the rest is for God to handle. Having faith in God grants you access to His Glory.
It is important to know that faith is not just believing blindly or believing without action. Of course, faith without action or responsibility is a dead faith.
This is why James 2:26 says,
For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also.
Beloved, tell yourself: “I have dwelt too long on this mountain. I have remained at this realm for a long time now. I have been a victim of affliction for too long. I believe it is my time to walk out on the devil. It is my time to be healed! It is my time to be free!’’
Always remember that if you will believe, you will see.
REMEMBER THIS: Faith without action or responsibility is a dead faith.
ASSIGNMENTS:
Refuse to truncate your life and destiny with doubt and unbelief.
Fuel and refuel your faith always by the Word of God.
Take responsibility to activate your faith.
PRAYER: Lord, I thank You for opening my eyes to see the place of faith in experiencing the Glory and miracles of God. I receive the grace to activate my faith by obeying Your Word, Lord, in Jesus’ Name.
