Senator Ned Nwoko Denies Domestic Violence Allegations, Claims Regina Daniels Battling Drug Addiction
Senator Ned Nwoko has refuted claims that he has been physically abusing his youngest wife, actress Regina Daniels, since their marriage.

In a detailed statement posted on his Instagram page on Monday afternoon, the Delta-born lawmaker alleged that Regina has been battling hard drug addiction, which has strained their marriage. He said she has refused to undergo rehabilitation, either in Nigeria or abroad, despite his efforts to help her recover.

“Regina was not always like this. Her current battle with drugs and alcohol abuse is the root of our problem. She must continue her rehabilitation program, or I fear for her life and safety,” Nwoko wrote.

He further claimed that in the last 48 hours, Regina destroyed cars and windows and physically assaulted three of their domestic staff. According to him, she has now moved to a location where she can easily access drugs, which he fears could endanger her life.

Nwoko also accused Regina’s brother, Sammy, and a woman identified as Ann, of being her alleged drug suppliers.

The senator said the viral video circulating online was recorded after Regina, allegedly under the influence of drugs, refused to take their sick child, Moon, to the hospital and instead attacked their home nurse for revealing her addiction.

“While I took Moon to the hospital, chaos unfolded at home, orchestrated by Sammy, Regina’s main drug supplier,” he added, describing Ann as “the tiny evil devil” who also provides drugs to the actress.

Nwoko concluded that he has never raised his hands against any of his wives and maintains that Regina’s behavior stems from substance abuse, not domestic violence.

The senator also shared a video online showing damaged cars and shattered windows, which he claims were destroyed by Regina during the alleged outburst.
