SERVICE OBJECTIVE: Understanding the connection between praise and openings
-A praiser never lacks access
-Nothing can open the door for a complainer
THINGS TO NOTE ABOUT PRAISE:
1. Praise uproots obstacles and limitations to destiny
-In the journey of destiny, confrontation with walls of limitations is inevitable
1a. The presence of God is the secret of open doors
1b. If praise can open the door of God’s Presence, there is no obstacle that can close it
2. Praise creates openings and access for destiny
-Praise is a secret of diverse openings
3. Praise buries the opposition (2Chron. 20:20-22)
4. Praise levels walls and barriers of life
5. Praise gives victory in conflict

6. Praise gives access to inheritance
7. Praise grants man access into the Presence of God
8. Praise connects man with the goodness of God (Ps. 100:5; 1Cor. 10:10)
9. Praise connects man to the mercy of God
10. Praise is the cure for the garment of hopelessness and despair(Isa. 61:2-3; Jon. 2:7)
11. Praise activates the Voice of God (Acts 13:2; Isa. 30:30)
12. Praise causes the doors of captivity to be open

KEYS TO EXPERIENCING OPENINGS THROUGH PRAISE:
1. Confront oppositions with praise
2. Never lose your praise in the face of opposition
3. Let your praise and worship give God accommodation
WHAT TO DO WHEN YOU FACE A JERICHO WALL:
1. Be attentive to Divine Instruction and guidelines
2. Avoid utterances of unbelief, fears or doubts in the face of barriers
3. Give praise in the face of the barrier
KEYS ACCESSING GOD’S PRESENCE WITH YOUR PRAISE:
1. Serve the Lord with gladness
2. Cultivate the climate of excitement (Hab. 3:17-19)
3. Let your asking come after your thanking (Ps. 100:4)
KEYS TO GET PRAISE WORK:
1. Turn to praise when prayer seems to be delaying in answer (Jon. 2:9)
2. Never focus on the negativities of life (Jon. 2:8)
3. Combine sacrifice with praise once the situation becomes difficult (Jon. 2:9)
