BBNaija 2018 housemates, Tobi and Cee C are currently in Dubai for the One Africa Music Fest. Last night, organizer of the music fest, Paul Okoye made an attempt to reconcile and take pictures with the two of them but Tobi bluntly refused the reconciliatory move.
