Few Lagosians went crazy on sighting a friendly whale swimming through the atlantic ocean around the Bonny camp area.
The Whale gave its audience quiet a show as it swam through, graciously revealing its massive body. The amazed viewers could be heard shouting in excitement.

This is not the first time a whale will be spotted in Lagos state or in Nigeria. Recently in Bayelsa state, a whale of about 30ft washed ashore Ijaw kiri community water front in Brass Local Government Area.
Neighbouring communities of Odioma and Okpoama were said to have also rushed to the shore to partake in the feast of butchering the whale for meat, which took about three days.
The news of the incident spread like wild fire sparking health concerns as the villagers had no idea the cause of death of the Whale which they devoured. A call for the evacuation of the remains of the dead sea mammal has also been made.
