An Ebola ‘epidemic’ has been declared in the Democratic Republic of Congo after several deaths have been linked to the killer virus. The World Health Organisation said three people have been killed. No fewer than 258 more Nigerian returnees from Libya arrived the country yesterday aboard a chartered Airbus A330-200 with registration mark 5A-LAT operated by Libya Airlines. The News Agency of Nigeria reports that the aircraft landed about 9:43 p.m. at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Lagos. The returnees, who included four children and one infant, were made up of of 233 males, 25 females.
